HOW WE SELL

      We raise the beef on our family farm and take them to process in May of every year. We sell the beef by the 1/4, 1/2, or whole (see descriptions below). This gives you a much cheaper method of buying grass fed beef than purchasing the individual cuts at the grocery store. We sell the beef for $10.00 per pound.  See the estimated cost at the bottom of this page. You can also customize your cuts of beef. For Example: if you want more hamburger meat, then you can choose to have some of your roasts ground into hamburger meat.

1/4 Beef (Split Half)

Roasts - 15 lbs

Round Steak - 3 lbs

Ribeye Steak - 3 lbs

Sirlion Steak - 2 lbs

Tenderloin Steak - 4 lbs

Flank/Skirt Steak - 2 lbs

Brisket - 2 lbs
